Commuter week banner on display in the UMBC Commons building.
The Off Campus Student Services (OCSS) department at UMBC focuses on providing resources for transfer students, students who live off campus, veterans, and adult learners. For Commuter Week, OCSS wanted a Ned’s Declassified theme- a popular show for kids about surviving middle school with a title splash that looked like a school notebook. I paid proper homage to the splash and added stickers and sticky notes to personalize the notebook.

Flyer design for the week’s event schedule.
For the flyers, I continued the idea of a messy, note-filled journal and used hastily arranged and taped-on sticky notes, embellished with hand written reminders and various stickers.
